Top reasons to visit Aruba
I had the opportunity to visit Aruba at the end of September. To be honest, Aruba was never on my travel wish list because it seemed so off the beaten path. It also seemed more like a family destination, which wasn’t what I wanted since I don’t have kids. But after spending four days on Aruba, I can recommend it as a low-key beach vacation destination, especially during hurricane season when you might decide to avoid the rest of the Caribbean. If you’re considering visiting Aruba soon, here are my top reasons for visiting Aruba Due to its location near South America and outside of the Caribbean hurricane belt, Aruba…

Are cruise ships now becoming too popular? |From Southampton to Bruges
As many of you may have guessed, I love cruising. Yes, I’m talking about that feeling you get when you get on a boat and have a drink, like on Paul Gascoigne’s Stag Do. No, cruising on the 1980 William Friedkin movie where Al Pacino goes undercover to find a serial killer targeting the gay community. I’ve never seen it, and I’ll admit that’s largely because I don’t want to see how deep Al Pacino’s character goes undercover. I will admit that this Princess cruise ship, which departs from Southampton, stops in Rotterdam and Bruges, and then returns to Southampton, is the most crowded and noisy cruise of the bunch.…

Do I need to book a ticket to use the Bullet Train?I highly recommend that you do so. Especially when traveling in a group. If you make a reservation in advance using the…

And – major plus! – massages and other spa treatments are a fraction of what you would pay back home. This way you can enjoy yourself without having to spend too much money. Which Bali destinations should you choose…

Venice Hotel and Restaurant Recommendations
Today I’m going to share some tips on where to stay and eat in Venice. This was my third visit to Venice and probably my favorite as we didn’t book any museums or restaurants. We just came, ate, drank and had a great time. Landing in VeniceIf you fly into Marco Polo Airport, you can take a cab to Venice. Since we landed late, we had a shuttle. You can purchase tickets from the kiosks outside. It’s about 30 euros for two one-way tickets (sorry, I forgot exactly). Since we arrived late and there were no cabs available, I would recommend taking the shuttle, which runs fairly frequently. If you…
