Palm Beach Travel Itinerary

If you’ve never been to Palm Beach, Florida, this is a must-see. It’s amazing and I’ve been patiently waiting for the right time and situation to go back. When Will and I started talking about a spring break trip, I immediately ditched Palm Beach and he was on board!

Palm Beach is located in South Florida and offers a premium beach vacation experience, which is exactly what we needed. We ate and drank our way through this trip, so keeping track of everything we consumed wasn’t an easy task, but today I’m sharing it all! From where to stay, to where to eat, to what to do and what to wear, consider this your ultimate Palm Beach, Florida itinerary and packing guide!

Where to stay
Four Seasons
You can never go wrong with a splurge stay at the Four Seasons. Although this location is about 15 minutes south of the main Palm Beach action, it was the perfect location for us. Private, quiet, and luxurious. Plus, the hotel offers an RV to take you wherever you want to go so you don’t have to pay for a carpool service!

The hotel itself is located right on the beach, so the views and ambiance are unbeatable. It was recently remodeled in 2018 and was even more amazing than my last visit. We would absolutely stay here again, especially because I’ll talk about poolside snacks later.

Spoiler.
One of the most popular or at least most famous places to stay in Palm Beach is The Breakers. we were curious as to what was going on so we spent an afternoon walking around the courtyard. While it was gorgeous, it was so huge that it overwhelmed me. I totally understand why it’s loved by so many, but I would have preferred a smaller, more unique hotel.

The Colony.
Looking for the epitome of Palm Beach in a hotel? The Colony is part of the Instagram dream! Everything is pink and green, which allows for tons of cute content. It’s also located in the heart of Palm Beach, so you can easily get to everything. We dined poolside one morning and it was so fun and so nice. This would be the perfect spot for a girls trip!

Where to eat
Buchan.
I can’t count how many times this was recommended to us so we knew we had to make it a priority. Buccan is a James Beard restaurant so we knew it would be good but wow. This was fantastic, best meal we’ve ever had. Every bit of it was delicious. Buccan fills up quickly so book as far in advance as possible. We were lucky that the hotel had a table for us the day before we went! We had a great dinner sitting on the patio.

Laura 41
If you’re more of a “scene” person, Lola 41 is the perfect place to dine, watch and be watched. It’s crowded, it’s loud, but it’s fun. Definitely not the place for a romantic, intimate dinner; it’s more for a night out. The food was very good, but not the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back again, though, just for the atmosphere! Reservations are highly recommended.

Sant Ambroeus
Sant Ambroeus is located in the Royal Phoenix Woods Plaza, a gorgeous outdoor space filled with delicious restaurants and great shopping. We had brunch on the patio one morning and the food was delicious. The restaurant is super chic, and since we all know that restaurant bathroom decor is very important, I have to mention how lovely the restrooms are! After brunch we walked around the area and did some window shopping. A great way to spend the morning!
